CNC Turning
Although the majority of DynaTurn’s parts
are machined from stainless steel, we normally do machining from various other raw materials ranging in size from small
to medium. Detailed close tolerance work is commonplace in our
facility. Surface finishes as low as .2 Ra have been produced on
numerous parts.
CNC Milling
Our machines are modern CNC milling
equipment, utilizing CAD/CAM programs. They are precise, rigid, and
flexible affording us the capability to do quick set-up and change
over.
Other Equipment
With a complete conventional machine shop, we have
machines capable of manual turning up to 42 inches in diameter and
automatic sawing up to 12 inches.
